WEEK 3
In week three of her golf mobility series Dr. Kirsten Wishloff addresses tight hips.
Tight hips? If you're only stretching your hips for a few seconds
you won't have much impact on the joint capsule.
Joint capsules are dense connective tissues that can stiffen up with long duration of sitting or driving. Longer hold stretches, used strategically as part of a larger plan
can be very effective at expanding range of motion.
Try out this hip capsule stretch for a few weeks and see if you
notice a difference in your movement!

WEEK 2
In week two of our golf mobility series, Dr. Kirsten Wishloff
explores the role of the obliques and gives us some ways to develop them.
Your golf swing is only as powerful as your obliques.
If you're missing a strong and stable connection from your pelvis to your rib cage you will be robbed of your power.
You'll also be at an increased risk of lower back pain.
This is a very powerful exercise designed to improve the strength and stability of your obliques.
